JOB SUMMARY
To provide secretarial assistance to CRB Operation Manager and daily support for the team to ensure effective communications and operations in the CRB division and with cross-functional divisions; To coordinate certain CRB projects and arrange CRB RM meeting/POA; To deal with document and information from/to other department timely and properly; Other assistant work.协助商务及零售业务运作经理以及团队日常工作，确保部门与公司内部跨部门的有效沟通及运作；协调商务及零售业务项目，组织安排CRB大区经理会/POA；及时以适当的方式处理部门间往来文件/信息等，以及其他与助理相关的日常工作。
KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES/TASKS
Provide logistics support to ensure the effectiveness of Partnership Program, update and collection the partner information on time.
确保合作伙伴项目的顺利有效地实施以及信息的收集和更新。
Provide logistics support for POA meeting and RM meeting, incl. budget/hotel/transportation/material/equipment preparation with high quality and efficiency.
为部门POA会议和RM会议提供后勤支持，包括预算/酒店/资料/设备等，确保会议组织的高质高效。
Assist Training Manager to organize training program.
协助培训经理组织部门内部员工培训，达到良好的培训效果。
Assist Sales Analysis Manager to control CRB department budget effectively.
协助销售分析经理有效地控制部门费用预算。
Manage department resource effective and reasonable and record office fixed assets.
有效合理地控制和使用部门资源和记录办公司固定资产。
Cooperates with other divisions to ensure effective communications within the Company.
与其它部门沟通协调，确保与公司内各部门的有效沟通和信息的及时传递。
Develop & optimize HCB SOP to achieve the company’s goals.
发展和优化部门的工作流程，以达成公司的目标。
Keep all files in order so that all related files may be accessed when needed.
文档管理，确保在需要时及时取得所有相关文档
Translate and drafts of relative documents.
起草/翻译相关文件
Keep secrets/professional.
保守商业机密，专业性
Other tasks assigned by operation manager.

BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
University graduates preferred
大学学历
With successful secretarial experience preferred
具备成功的秘书/助理经验优先
Good command of English (oral & written) and Chinese; CET 6 or above would be preferred
中英文良好的口头、书面沟通能力 英语6级及以上优先
Computer skills are a must
