RESPONSIBILITIES:
l Lead non-manufacture field Business Process Improvement (BPI) projects to achieve Asia Pacific and Japan BPI annual goal of segment;
l Coordinate cross function departments based on BPI projects in order to support and lead BPI owners to accomplish their BPI projects followed by BPI professional methodology;
l Establish a effective process for non-manufacture BPI that can ensure the good result will be achieved;
l Daily track the status of each BPI project and regularly update to Asia Pacific and Japan BPI committee and VP;
l Help project owners and members to solve the obstacles they met throughout the project undergoing;
l Set up an healthy system to build up BPI funnel in different segment.
REQUIREMENT:
l Certificated in Black belt or Master black belt master;
l At least 5 years working experience in the international corporation with cross function working experience;
l Strong business and finance acumen and good analysis ability;
l Outstanding business communication skill;
l Good coordination and organization capability;
l Good at logical data analysis and report summarizing skill, sensitive to data;
l Result-oriented and teamwork and set high standards for success;
l Strong learning power;
l Strong leadership to work cross functionally;
l Fluent oral and written English skill.
