Job Description:
Make sourcing package
准备采购的需求和要求的全套文档。
Participates as a member of the Purchasing Team. Performs other duties as necessary in support of business objectives.
作为采购人员，履行其他必要支持业务目标的责任。
Negotiate current and new contracts with suppliers
与供应商谈判新老合同。
Participate in supplier convention as necessary
参加必要的供应商会议。
Comply with Corporate, divisional and departmental procedures
遵守公司、部门的采购程序。
Identify and help develop new suppliers
确定并帮助发展新供应商。
Make contract, issue PO to supplier
拟定合同，向供应商下采购订单。
Non-productive material and Localization program
执行非生产物料采购和国产化采购。
Control & manage supplier list
管理供应商清单。
Support and conduct supplier development
支持并执行供应商开发。
Managing tooling list of supplier
管理供应商模具清单。
Meet cost targets at the required quality and service requirements
在符合质量与服务要求的前提下，达到成本目标。
Requirement ：
Minimum Diploma or degree in related engineering , manufacturing discipline, international trade.
工科或制造业背景 , 最好懂国际贸易 .
3-5 years of purchasing experience required in a manufacturing environment of automotice field
3-5 年以上汽车零部件企业采购经验
be familiar with seats components(optional)
熟悉座椅零配件的采购 .
Knowledge in quality system & purchasing process
具有质量系统及采购流程方面知识 .
Good negotiation skills; Good oral and written communications and inter-personal skills
良好的谈判技巧，良好的人际沟通能力 .
Excellent English capabilities
熟通英语 .
Computer skills( words, excel, powerpoint, etc)
电脑操作熟练 .
Hard working
