职位描述

主要工作职责及目标:年龄要求20-40岁的
• 负责物业内弱电设备的日常运营和维护。
主要任务和活动:
• 保证弱电设施及其相关附属设备的正常运行;
• 负责各类弱电设施的的日常运营和维护保养,包括弱电配电设备间、配电箱及线路,消防火灾报警系统设备,楼宇自控系统设备,各类监控系统,大厦闭路电视系统,停车场管理系系统,广播和背景音乐系统,卫星及有线电视系统,对讲机系统,无线通讯放大系统设备,宽带网络系统布线的维护等;
• 发现异常及时采取解决措施;接到维修通知单按照操作规程及时到位检修恢复正常,维修完毕后做好记录上报主管;
• 监督和督促承包商与弱电相关的装修、改造及维护工作;
• 在主管及领班的安排下完成自己的本职工作或上级安排的其它工作;
• 能轮班工作,随时回到岗位处理紧急事件。

• 管理员工:待定。
技能、资质及工作经验等方面的要求:
• 具有技校电气维修或相关专业以上学历;
• 持有有关部门颁发的弱电资格证书和上岗证, 持有音响调音员证书者优先考虑;
• 2年以上大型商业建筑弱电系统维修保养的工作经历;
• 接受过楼宇自控系统、各类监控系统、有线电视系统、电脑网络系统等相关专业培训。
