职位描述

主要工作职责:
负责物业内空调机组设备及锅炉房内的设备设施的日常运营和维护
主要任务:
保证冷水机组\冷冻泵\冷却塔\采暖系统等设备设施及其相关附属设备的正常运行;
负责检查锅炉运行状态,包括锅炉运行情况,压力温度,燃烧器风机,燃气压力,燃油压力(风扇电机,燃气压力,油压,火焰颜色等),锅炉炉体;检查锅炉泵房所有设备工作状态,温度表,压力表,各类水泵,电动阀,水阀及蒸汽阀,换热器,空压机及其它各阀门设备;检查蒸汽管路系统,疏水阀,提升设备,空压机及气瓶;
完成锅炉水化验工作;填写工作值班日志,记录每日设备运行情况;
通过电脑及控制器安全有效地运行锅炉,同时需按照相关制度确保锅炉安全有效运行;
发现异常及时采取解决措施;接到维修通知单按照操作规程及时到位检修恢复正常,维修完毕后做好记录上报主管;
监督和督促承包商与锅炉相关的清洁、保养及维护工作;
在主管及领班的安排下完成自己的本职工作或上级安排的其它工作;
能轮班工作,随时回到岗位处理紧急事件。
技能、资质及工作经验等方面的要求:
男性,身体健康,年龄在20岁以上;
持有空调制冷维修/冷水机组运行等专业资格证书及上岗证书;
持有电气焊操作证者,冰蓄冷系统或冷水机组系统工作经验者优先考虑
具有技校机械维修或相关专业以上学历;
持有司炉工上岗证书;
2年以上大型商业建筑锅炉房运营和维护工作经历。
